By accessing the Limo Elegance website and using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Service Overview

  • - Limo Elegance offers premium transportation services, including airport transfers, special events, corporate services, and tours. Specific terms may apply to each service, which will be provided during the booking process.

2. Booking and Reservations

  • - Reservations can be made via phone, email, or our online platform. All bookings are subject to availability, and Limo Elegance reserves the right to decline any reservation.
  • - Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the booking details. Any errors must be reported promptly.

3. Payment Terms

  • - Payments are to be made as specified during the booking process.
  • - For services under $300, payment is required at least 3 days in advance or as agreed. For services exceeding $300, payment is due at least 14 days in advance.
  • - Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of reservation.

4. Cancellation and Modification Policy

  • - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup for Sedans and SUVs, or less than 72 hours for all other vehicles, are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the total trip cost.

5. Service Fulfillment

  • - Our professional chauffeurs arrive on time with the reserved vehicle. We track flights if flight details are provided.
  • - Clients receive notification via text and email with the chauffeur’s name and contact information prior to pickup.

6. Airport Pick-Up Options

  • - We offer Curbside/Express Pick-up (no fee) and Meet and Greet airport pick-up (an additional $20 for Sedans, Minivans and SUVs, $50 for all other vehicles).
  • - Waiting charges apply after the grace period (see “Waiting Time”).

7. Waiting Time

  • - Waiting time begins after the first 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup from non-airport locations.
  • - For airport pickups, waiting time starts 60 minutes after the flight arrival for domestic flights and 90 minutes for international flights.

8. Mechanical Issues and Delays

  • - Limo Elegance is not liable for mechanical breakdowns during the service. In such cases, we will work to arrange a rescheduled service at a mutually convenient time.

9. Clients Responsablities

  • - The client is financially responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by the client or any guests.
  • - The chauffeur reserves the right to end the service without a refund in cases of inappropriate or unsafe behavior.

10. Traffic, Weather, and Unforeseen Delays

  • - Limo Elegance is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other uncontrollable events.

11. Lost Items

  • - Limo Elegance is not responsible for personal items left behind in vehicles. Shipping fees apply for returning any found items within the U.S.

12. Capacity and Loading

  • - All vehicles are subject to strict passenger and luggage capacity limits. Exceeding these limits is prohibited.

13. Missed Appointments

  • - If the client fails to show up at the designated pickup point, a no-show fee equal to the total cost, plus any applicable wait time, tolls, and gratuity, will be charged.

14. Missed Flights

  • - Limo Elegance is not liable for missed flights.

15. Vehicle Changes

  • - We reserve the right to provide an alternate vehicle if the reserved vehicle becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.
